Who is Sonam Bajwa?

Sonam Bajwa (born Sonampreet Kaur Bajwa on August 16, 1989, in Nainital, Uttarakhand) is a celebrated Indian actress and model, best known for her work in Punjabi cinema.
A former air hostess and Femina Miss India 2012 contestant, she debuted in the Punjabi film Best of Luck (2013) and gained acclaim with Punjab 1984 (2014), starring opposite Diljit Dosanjh.
Over the years, Sonam has featured in a string of commercially successful and critically praised Punjabi films such as Sardaar Ji 2, Nikka Zaildar, Manje Bistre, Carry on Jatta 2, Guddiyan Patole, and Puaada—the latter became one of the first Punjabi hits released after the COVID‑19 lockdown.
Her performance in Ardab Mutiyaran earned her the PTC Punjabi Film Award for Best Actress in 2020,and she also starred in the blockbuster Honsla Rakh (2021) opposite Diljit Dosanjh
